My approach to life coaching

 

My intention, through life coaching, is to give you tools   to develop your full autonomy and thus connect to your full power. This connection to your inner strength allows you to find your balance and turn some of your negative perceptions into positive ones.

In my sessions, I place special emphasis on listening and creating a space where you feel safe to express yourself. Using NLP coaching techniques and other approaches, I guide you from where you are now to where you want to be. It is a process that helps you understand the connection between what you do and the results that flow from your actions.

Together, we look at the same situation from different angles so that you can ultimately find your own constructive solutions.

What is NLP and how is this approach different?

Coaching in NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) is a solution-oriented method. Rather than orienting the process on the why, we are more interested in how we can achieve the stated objectives. We seek to break out of the conscious and unconscious habits that we tend to repeat, by offering tools and techniques to facilitate self-knowledge and realigning our view of things from a different angle.

Why do I also integrate Focusing into my coaching?

Focusing is a self-listening approach that I commonly use in my coaching sessions. It is an approach that can be learned and used as a tool to access knowledge about ourselves that we all carry, but which can at times be difficult for us to access. In addition to using Focusing in my coaching sessions, I am also trained to teach Focusing for those interested in learning this tool for themselves.
